The Southwest Environmental Information Network at Arizona State University has helpful Arizona plants checklists (by state, county, natural area, etc.) with links to herbarium sheets and photos for the listed species. They also have an Arizona plant identification key that lets you search for plants by primary flower color and other characteristics.
