Food Safety

The FDA Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition is one of my favorite and most often referenced websites for my studies, especially their "Bad Bug Book". I just wish that more people took their food safety advice! I recently broke a tooth (which I had to have pulled) on a rock (or petrified raisin) in a Costco raisin bagel, and after that, I got food poisoning, probably from takeout Mexican food. Ugh.
