A villain with a head the size of a baseball, a killer clown, murderous dolls, a dominatrix, and sexy women in a cage are all featured in the hilariously bad movie Blood Dolls (1999). I caught part of this movie on the SciFi channel recently, and it is one of the few movies that is so strange and awful that it's actually fun to watch, perhaps not the entire movie, but at least during the commercial breaks of better movies on television.
